1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and REDPIC GROUP SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova under IDNO 1018600048404, with its registered office at Moldova, Chisinau, Alba Iulia 192/2 of. 42 ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ScreenStore website and service (the "Service"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

ScreenStore is a browser-based design tool for creating App Store and Google Play screenshot sets. The Service lets you upload your app screenshots, arrange them in ready-made or custom templates, edit text, device frames, and backgrounds, and export the finished set as image files suitable for store listings.

3. Accounts

To use parts of the Service you must create an account, either with an email address and password or through a supported sign-in provider such as Google. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact details below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• upload content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party, or that is unlawful or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts or content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service or its software except where permitted by law;
• resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service itself without our prior written consent;
• use automated means to access the Service in a way that degrades it for other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, as described in the Termination section.

5. Payments

Certain features of the Service are paid. The price, the currency, and a description of what you are purchasing are displayed before you confirm any payment. Prices may include applicable taxes where required; where they do not, taxes are shown separately at checkout. Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers (including Visa, Mastercard, and Paynet payment methods). Your card details are transmitted directly to the payment provider over a secure connection and are never stored on our servers. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; changes never affect a purchase you have already completed.

6. Refund policy

The Service delivers digital content that is made available to you immediately after purchase. By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the purchased digital content or feature has been delivered or made available to you, the purchase is non-refundable.

This does not limit your statutory rights. You are entitled to a refund where the purchased service was not delivered, was defective, or where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law. To request a refund in these cases, contact us at info@redpic.md within 14 days of the purchase, including the email address of your account and the date of the transaction. We review refund requests within 10 business days and, where a refund is granted, issue it to the original payment method.

7. Delivery

All products of the Service are digital. Purchased features are activated on your account, and exported files are delivered electronically in your browser, immediately after successful payment. Nothing is shipped physically. If a purchased feature has not become available within a reasonable time after payment, contact us using the details below.

8. Your content

You retain all rights to the screenshots, images, and text you upload to the Service and to the designs you create with it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, device frames, illustrations, and branding, is the property of REDPIC GROUP SRL and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Exports you create from your own content are yours to use without restriction, including commercially.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service; where reasonably possible we will notify you in advance at the email address of your account. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive it.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any store will accept the assets you create with it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REDPIC GROUP SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the competent courts of Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
